So it’s election time here in the United States of America . Tomorrow we will determine who gets the office of President . Now I voted early to avoid big lines and just to avoid doing things last minute as that stresses me out . Who did I vote for ? It doesn’t really matter , I voted for a 3rd party candidate ( yes there are more than 2 candidates ) that the media decided wasn’t worth the time . Now some people would say my vote was pointless but in a lot of states 1 or 2% of the vote could change the overall victor … which is why the 3rd parties get blamed whenever certain candidates lose ( not naming anyone but you know who ) . So what’s the point of this post , why , to encourage you to vote if you’re American . Make the effort to have your voice heard . I know you’re probably voting for someone I don’t like but that doesn’t mean that I don’t like you . So go out and vote your conscience , be passionate about your advocacy but keep things civil , love your neighbor because the politician you vote for most likely could not be bothered to give a darn about you , and remember that we all are responsible for keeping this nation together .
On a lighter note …

A great message to keep things civil. My guess is that most people will. It’s the shouters and insulters who make the news.
