Summary : A beautiful young librarian on Earth is kidnapped and sold to slavery on the planet of Gor . Follow her as she learns the ways of the Gor and becomes less and less of an earthling . She ends up learning a lot about herself along the way and enjoys the process .

Review : So this was my introduction to the legendary “Gor” series by John Norman . This was probably not the right one to start with . The book isn’t bad . The main character is interesting and the world is intriguing . But the book is about 200 pages too long . Not every thought of her mind needs to be a paragraph to a page long. Overall , it’s a sexy story with a strong world with (in my opinion) bad pacing . I would read another in the series but I’m not in a rush to .
