Summary : Aleytys is a lovely young woman in the future whom is a healer with psi powers . Unfortunately , that doesn’t stop her from being drugged and sold to an alien race of bug people . What do they do to her ? Well , they implant the queen’s eggs in her . Now she has a year to find out how to safely get rid of the eggs and escape before they hatch and consume her in the process . All this and a romance with one of the bug slaves as well . Will she survive or be bug food ?

Review : This was actually pretty good despite the fact that there is a sexual relationship between a human and a bug person . There’s interesting lore , a fast paced plot , good action scenes , and a surprisingly strong romance . Also it’s apparently a sequel so I got to go back and find the original at one point . The book isn’t for everyone but if you like the weird then go ahead and check it out .
