“The whole damn village gone in one night – looks like we lost the goose that laid the golden egg .”

Summary : Well the plot in this one is short and sweet . It’s our returning hero D versus a group of bounty hunters in an epic chase after a vampire and his human lover . There’s fights, racing abound here , a village full of people Dr. Moreau would love to meet , and a little bit of siblings doing things to each other that they should absolutely not be doing to each other .
“I’ve finally met a man I actually fear … D.”

Review : The book is mostly chase scene , followed by fight scenes , followed by D saving the only woman in the bounty hunter group , followed by a brief character scene , and repeat . In other words , you won’t get lost here . It’s a good follow up to the previous two entries with plenty of gothic science fiction action and overall the book doesn’t waste time . I highly recommend it but there are definitely a few things in here that might disturb a sensitive reader so buyer beware .
“I didn’t think any of my kind could fly through the air . What fun , what fun !”
