Summary : Alright , picture this . We’re in the 1980’s during Russia’s invasion of Pakistan . Tensions are extremely high , maybe too high . Now meet John Thomas Rourke , a former C.I.A. counter terrorist with medical training , he’s a survivalist preparing for a world ending scenario and well … he gets it . Unfortunately , the bombs start going off when he’s taking a plane home . Now landing a plane while nuclear bombs are going off are just the start of his problems cause now all the normal rules for society is out the window . Let’s see if all his prep work pays off .

Review : Damn is there a lot of tension in this book . You’re almost relieved when the bombs start going off . When the action starts it doesn’t stop . There is some important stuff to take away but the most important thing to take away is that you can’t control when disaster strikes … but you can control how much you prepare . I would highly recommend it for fans of post apocalyptic thrillers .
