See our protagonist has had a fear of clowns since childhood and he has been going to therapy since the mass alien clown immigration became a real thing . His therapist says it’s no laughing matter and suggests meeting up with a clown named Puppy Caterpillars at a bar . Our protag and Puppy hit it off , in fact they end up sleeping together that very night . He gets over his fear of her pretty quick and he even marries her , hooray ! Happy ending right ? Just ignore those news reports talking about clowns eating people . Wait , what’s th – .

Review : You know that phrase don’t clown around ? Well this story is pretty much the opposite of that . It’s a silly plot played seriously … for the most part . But the book is a fun , quick read , with some good twists and turns . Give it a try .
