Being human is never easy . No wonder , then , that so many of us see the vampires – forever dark and different – as our one true love “

Summary/review : It’s an essay on vampires . If you’re just getting into vampire culture and want to catch up , this isn’t a bad place to start . If you’re already well versed in vampires though then you won’t really get any new information here I think . It still might be worth it for the author’s passion on the subject and the fact that it’s pretty cheap . Normally I would add recommendations alongside this however the book has plenty of recommendations within it already .

There is little more terrifying than impotence in the face of disaster – better to create a target upon which to vent one’s anger and to use as a focus for the un-channelled fear . “
